No more monkeying around......................

I look more like a mouse than a monkey.

Monkeying around in the leaves.

1st pony ride.....................

We went to the Right Thing Pumpkinpalooza party two weekends ago. The trio had their first pony rides. They didn't seem to think much one way or the other about it. Luckily for us, the neighbors next to Nicole's grandparents house have a pony and have invited us over next summer to ride the pony.

Can you say big mouth.....................

Olivia update......................

We made it home at 5:30 am Tuesday. We grabbed a few hours of rest and then went off to work. Olivia has Croup, pharyngitis, and upper respiratory infection. She had seen our family Dr early Monday and was on antibiotics, but as the night went on she became worse and worse. So at 11:30 pm Monday we were off to the ER. She is doing better today, and the boys so far are ok.

We have struggled with the party this Saturday as whether to have it or not. At this point we are showing improvement with Olivia and are planning to host. However, there will no touching of the kids at the party because we do not want to run the risk of catching another bug. We are at a high risk of RSV which is deadly to a preemie. As soon as the party is over we are officially going into our winter hibernation mode.

The party! People have been asking what to get them and what sizes they wear, they have a wish list at Toys R Us. The boys are both in 18 months and Olivia is in 12 months for the winter. If buying for the next summer, please buy up sized appropriately. We do ask that you provide gift receipts if at all possible because kids clothes run odd among sizes. One brands 12 months may fit great and then the next brands 12 months may be too small. Olivia wore 6-9 months clothes while we were in Florida. We hope to see everyone that has RSVP'd to the party. Those of you that have RSVP'd may be eligible for a special gift at the party.
Has been a long night and quite a lot going on in Findlay's ER tonight. The staff is amazed that it is such a robust night for a Monday.
Just had swab for RSV and getting blood draw and IV fluids. Its gonna be a long nite :(
Still waiting on results.
The chest x-ray looked like something from Silence of the Lambs. Poor little Olivia screamed the entire time. There is another kid here that is not happy at all
Olivia has had 2 breathing treatments and 2 chest x-rays. Waiting for results. Everyone has been very nice so far.
Worst of all we are in the room Paul (Nicole's grandfather) was in when they brought him to ER when he had his stroke. Life really stinks right now.
Not sure if she will be staying the night tonight or not.

Palm Lake pool time fun.....................

Macon, Ga rest area.........................

They were very happy to be out of the car. The spot we were setting in was sort of a small hill, and every time the kids would go to move they would roll a little bit. They thought it was the most fantastic thing in the world. The spot also had dog crap near it, due to the dog walking area being close. Ethan decided to act like a puppy.
When we stopped for dinner in Sidney, Ohio the day before Olivia puked in her car seat. That was the 1st time I thought about turning around to go home. I forget the 2nd time. Then in Florida she pooped in the seat too. Smells great and it is handwash only. I can't believe they market a child seat that would be handwash only. If we had known this, we probably would have kept looking for different seats. Of course I don't know that we would have found any because we had to make sure they all fit in the back of our car. Many models are wide.
Enjoy these pictures and will continue to post on our trip throughout the week.
Smile for the camera.

A dog?

Do we have to get back in that car?

I am so glad to be out of the car.

All 3 very happy to be out of the car.

Helping pack..................

This was the kids way of helping pack up the car before we left.

X3 is back in Ohio........................

We arrived home late evening last night. We had a great time on our first family vacation. We spent a week in Florida. The kids really travelled well for the most part. A few meltdowns along the way, but that was expected. We have a lot of stories and pictures to share, check back soon.

P.S. Unpacking really stinks :(
